There's a difference? Of course there is; WL is used to help build muscle tone and it aids in overall fitness. It can help build strength. Power lifting is a way of lifting all the amount of weight that you can lift. There are all kinds of "cheats" that you can use to help you lift more lbs. Power lifters are always looking for ways to up their lifts.
